Hey Christa...sorry...I really thought I answered your email about the blog book! :) I made/ordered it through blurb.com. Free software download, very customizable. I have made two 8x10 books with image wrap covers. Maximum size, I found out, is 440 pages. I totally love Blurb. Let me know if you have any questions!!
