Today I decided to show you a few of my favorite things from the last couple of weeks.... The true expression of awe as Sarah experiences 3D glasses....
When Will puts on one of my scarfs and says, "Now I am strong!" and then roughhouses with his siblings.
Aren't you scared of my scarf boy?!
When HairBear wrestled with Cassidy and wins! This reminds me of when the house fell on the Wicked Witch of the West.
See how strong Will is in his pink bandana!
When Lund found a snake in our backyard and was sooooo excited!
Then Will had his turn with the snake, keeping it in a tupperware and carrying it around everywhere....
I love looking out the back window and seeing my hubby and son spending time fishing together.
This dynamic duo, Will and Brody, who are always up to no good.
This is where Morgan and Lund have Will stand right against the fence so that they won't hook him or have to fetch him out of the lake constantly. He doesn't care as long as he can be there with the boys.
I love that we can fish this close to home. The messy backyard behind Lund is our backyard.
When Will gets really excited to catch "Lake weed" Oh, the simple pleasures!
When Will decides that it is HIS job to rake the sand pit in the golf course behind our house. Don't worry, I never let him go out there by himself. We just walk the golfcourse in the evenings when all the golfers are done.
When Will tells me that his snake can do "tricks" like pulling himself back up to his hand. He was really excited that he taught this skill to his pet snake.
When Lund caught his first fish in our backyard lake.
When Cassidy reads to Will. Notice that this is a Calvin and Hobbes book. My kids are all loving Calvin and Hobbes and Garfield cartoon books lately.
I love it when Will came outside in his sisters' skirt and says, "Look, I found a kilt!" We let him wear it for about an hour before confiscating the "kilt".
I love it when I look out and see these two (Mother and son) sitting out enjoying a sunset and talking about life.
I love it when the kids get along because they have a hobby together.
I love how serious Lund gets when he gets into something. This is his serious face.
And I love it when I catch a picture of my dad playing with the grandkids. He is ALWAYS playing with them when he and my mom come over.
